New Lightbox of B-25 Michell Bomber Photos

B-25 Michell Bomber Stock Images. Photographer Chris Star has just published a new page of B-25 Michell Bomber photography.The B-25 Mitchell bomber, a twin-engine aircraft, was named after General Billy Mitchell. "Maid in the Shade" flew 15 combat missions over Italy during November and December, 1944. The majority of the targets were railroad bridges. Members of the Commemorative Air Force Airbase in Arizona spent 27 years working to restore the plane. Crew members fly the B-25 around North America in the summer months.
